🚗👀 OH DEAR… HERE WE GO AGAIN!

A little trip out today and look where we’ve ended up!

Arron’s having a good look around, and I’m wondering whether I should be worried about what he’s got his eye on!

Now, you all know I love a nice car, especially something sporty with a bit of presence! 🖤

But with everything that’s been going on with my Porsche Cayenne, I’m certainly not rushing into anything!

So, let’s have a bit of fun…

🚘 IF MONEY WAS NO OBJECT, WHAT CAR WOULD YOU DRIVE?

Are you a Range Rover lover, a Porsche fan, a BMW enthusiast, or would you choose something completely different?

And don’t forget, your genuine comments help our page grow, which can contribute towards our Facebook earnings and those community giveaways! ❤️🎡

Come on, let’s hear your dream cars! 👇😍

🤯🤯🤯 I’m going to see if I can pay out my business account while I wait for Meta (Facebook) 🤬🤬🤬
I’ll be speaking with my accountant tomorrow because my intention is and will be from the 1st November to start the spin wheel as promised.
I don’t go back on promises. ❤️

How strange, within half hour of me posting images Facebook decided at 21:49 to send me a zero payout.
Talk about frustration. I’m not sure why it’s just sent last months pay out now?
This is the problem with Meta.

It’s not for me. It’s thanks to you.

👀🔨 WHO CAN GUESS WHAT HE’S MAKING ME ON HIS DAY OFF?! ❤️

Most people would be putting their feet up and enjoying a well-earned rest…

Not Arron! 😂

I’ve got him busy in the kitchen, and judging by the boxes, tools and materials, there’s definitely a little project underway! 👀

Now, I’m not giving ANY clues just yet! 🤐

💬 COME ON THEN, LET’S HEAR YOUR GUESSES!

What do you think he’s making me?

Wrong answers are absolutely welcome too! 🤣🤣

🚨🎉❤️ WE ARE SOOOOO CLOSE! JUST 89 CENTS TO GO! ❤️🎉🚨

OH MY GOODNESS… LOOK AT THIS!! 😍🎡

Within a day of my last post we’re sitting at an incredible…

💰 $99.11 OUT OF $100! 💰

YES… JUST 89 CENTS AWAY FROM REACHING OUR FIRST PAYOUT THRESHOLD! 🤯🥳

And here’s the best bit…

❤️ EVERY PENNY WE RECEIVE IS GOING BACK INTO OUR COMMUNITY! ❤️

Not into my pocket. Not into the chippy’s profits.

🎡 FOUR WEEKLY SPIN THE WHEEL GIVEAWAYS! 🎡

That’s the plan, and I’m determined to make it happen!

Now, I know one thing about social media. Drama, arguments and negativity can attract an awful lot of attention.

But that’s not what I want this page to become.

I WANT TO PROVE THAT POSITIVITY CAN WORK TOO! ❤️

I want a page where we can laugh, share ideas, celebrate little achievements, help families, support local businesses and show what a community can achieve when people pull together.

And judging by these figures, WE’RE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! 🥹

💬 Your genuine comments help create conversations.

👍 Your likes and reactions show support.

🔄 Your shares help us reach more people.

👀 Your reel/video views help our content get noticed.

All of that can contribute towards growing our page and its potential earnings.

AND THE MORE WE EARN, THE MORE WE CAN GIVE BACK! ❤️

We’ve got just over a week until November, and although we’ll need to wait for Facebook to process the payout, I’m getting excited about what we can do together!

So here’s my question…

👇 WHAT’S ONE POSITIVE THING THAT’S HAPPENED TO YOU THIS WEEK?

It doesn’t have to be anything big. Sometimes the smallest things bring the biggest smiles. 🥰

Let’s fill these comments with GOOD NEWS for a change!

89 CENTS TO GO… COME ON, TEAM OLIVER’S CHIPPY! 🎉🎡❤️

🐟🍟✈️ OLIVER’S CHIPPY — MORE THAN JUST CHIPS!

❤️ COMMUNITY IS ABOUT LOOKING AFTER ONE ANOTHER. ❤️

Thank you so much, Diane, for your lovely video and kind words. 🥰

But the thanks really belong to the wonderful customers who have supported our Pay It Forward initiative at Oliver’s Chippy.

Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that make the biggest difference.

A hot meal might seem like something simple, but to someone going through a difficult time, it can mean so much more. ❤️

Nobody should have to go hungry, and nobody should ever feel ashamed of needing a little help.

Life can change for any one of us, sometimes when we least expect it.

That’s why I believe so strongly in community spirit. It’s not about who has the most or who can give the biggest donation. It’s about people coming together, sharing what they can and looking out for their neighbours.

One person gives a little, another person receives a little, and somewhere along the way, kindness makes somebody’s day that bit easier. ❤️

We’re just the little chippy helping to connect that kindness.

To everyone who has paid a meal forward, thank you. You’re the reason initiatives like this work. 🥹

And thank you, Diane, for everything you do to help families in our community.

Because at the end of the day, a strong community isn’t built by what we have. It’s built by what we’re willing to share. ❤️

🍗✈️ THERE’S A NEW CHICKEN BUCKET READY FOR TAKE OFF! 🍟❤️

Now, we’re not naming names… but there’s a rather famous chicken shop with a certain gentleman’s face on the bucket! 👀

“Move over, Mr Secret Recipe… there’s a new bucket in town, and this one’s been designed by our very own Oliver!” 🍗✈️❤

Introducing…

🚀 OLIVER’S TAKE OFF BUCKET JUST £20!

Here’s what you get for your money:

🍗 2 mini chicken breast fillets
🍗 3 chicken strips
🍗 6 chicken nuggets
🍟 1 regular portion of chips
🥣 2 regular sides of your choice
🥤 2 cans of your choice

💷 £20 COLLECTION

🚗 £23 DELIVERED within our designated postcode delivery area.

NOW, LET’S TALK ABOUT THOSE EXTRA CHARGES! 👀

We’ve all ordered from big-name takeaway chains and discovered that the price we first saw isn’t necessarily the price we pay at checkout!

Depending on the delivery platform, there can be service fees, variable delivery charges and higher menu prices.

At Oliver’s Chippy, we like to keep things simple!

✅ Just £3 delivery throughout our designated postcode area.

✅ No percentage-based delivery charges.

And while we’re talking about portions…

Our two regular portions of chips are, in our estimation, approximately equivalent to FOUR portions of those famous signature fries! 🍟

🥤 And here's another little difference…
That famous chicken shop includes one bottle of pop with its bucket deal.
At Oliver's Chippy, our Take Off Bucket includes TWO cans of your choice! 🥤🥤
Because we believe everyone should get to choose their own drink! ❤️

But here’s the part that makes me proudest. ❤️

The artwork on our kraft-brown Take Off Bucket and greaseproof bags comes from Oliver’s very own drawings.

No fancy corporate design team. Just Oliver’s creativity brought to life in our family business. 🥹

We’re not trying to be a massive chain.

We’re an independent local chippy, offering good portions, straightforward prices and something a little different!

SO COME ON THEN… WOULD YOU SWAP THE FAMOUS GENTLEMAN’S BUCKET FOR OLIVER’S TAKE OFF BUCKET? 👀

Let’s hear your thoughts below! ❤️👇

💬 AND DON’T FORGET YOUR COMMENTS CAN HELP OUR COMMUNITY POT GROW! 🎡❤️

🥗🍷 WHO HAS SALAD IN OCTOBER?! 🤣🍂

Apparently, Arron does… whether he likes it or not! 😂

After a hectic night working in the chippy, he comes home to THIS!

Most people are tucking into hearty stews, casseroles and warming winter meals by now, but not in this house! 🤣

A lovely plate of salad, some delicious bread, and a little something sweet for afterwards. 🍓🍰

Oh well, at least the red w**e will warm him up! 🍷😂

I do like to keep him guessing when it comes to what’s for tea!

And before anyone asks, yes, I know it’s October… but who says salad is just for summer? 🤷‍♀️🤣

Come on then, would you happily eat a salad in October, or is it strictly winter warmers from now until spring? ❤️

🏡🎄 ANYONE FANCY A LITTLE PEEK INSIDE MY HOME? 👀❤️

Well, here we go again! 😂

I’m changing up my colour scheme ONCE AGAIN! Honestly, I don’t think my house ever gets a chance to settle before I’ve decided it’s time for another change! 🤣

As you can see, my dining room currently looks like a Christmas warehouse has exploded! 📦🎄

Boxes everywhere, decorations coming out, things being moved around and me wondering why I always give myself so much work! 😂

But I absolutely LOVE making my home feel special, especially at Christmas. ❤️

Now then… KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED! 👀

There’s something hiding in this photograph that will be making an appearance right here on my page from 1st November! 🎁🎡

And that’s ALL I’m saying for now! 🤐😂

I’m not giving any clues, so don’t expect me to spill the beans!

💬 Who else is forever changing their home around?

Or are you one of those sensible people who decorates a room and actually leaves it alone for a few years? 🤣

I’ll share more as everything starts coming together. ❤️

P.S. Don’t forget 1st November! Something exciting is coming! 👀🎁✨
