⚽🍹 THE HAT-TRICK 🍹⚽

Strong. Smooth. A proper game-changer.

Ingredients:
• 50ml dark rum (or bourbon for extra kick)
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 15ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Splash of ginger beer
• Orange peel garnish
• Optional: pinch of cinnamon or smoked salt

Method:
• Add rum, lime juice, honey syrup & bitters into a shaker with ice
• Shake hard
• Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
• Top with a splash of ginger beer
• Garnish with orange peel & serve
