【多謝大家，告別係為了下一段旅程｜刀屋 Dou House 重要通告】
天下無不散之筵席，今日懷住好複雜又好感恩嘅心情，要同大家宣佈一個決定。
因應團隊未來嘅發展，我哋需要將時間同精力專注喺其他業務上。經過深思熟慮，刀屋 Dou House 將會喺 8 月 1 日（星期六）迎來最後一日營業，正式同大家道別。
由開舖到今日，可以為大家整嘢食、提供一個地方畀大家坐吓傾下偈，真心係我哋最珍貴嘅回憶。呢度每一句鼓勵、每一個笑容，我哋都銘記喺心。真係好幸運可以遇到每一位支持過我哋嘅朋友，多謝大家一直以來嘅包容同喜愛！
雖然呢個決定有啲急，要同大家講再見亦都好唔捨得，但喺最後呢幾日，我哋依然會用心做好每份料理。大家有時間嘅話，歡迎過嚟坐吓、食個飯，同我哋 Say 個 Goodbye！

[Thank You Everyone: Farewell as We Begin Our Next Chapter | Important Announcement from Dou House]
All good things must come to an end. Today, with a complex yet deeply grateful heart, we are writing to share an important decision with you all.
Due to future development plans for our team, we will be shifting our time and focus to other business ventures. After careful consideration, Dou House will mark its last day of operation on **Saturday, August 1st**, when we will officially say goodbye.
From the day we opened until today, having the opportunity to prepare food for you and provide a cozy spot where everyone could gather and chat has been our most treasured memory.
Every kind word of encouragement and every warm smile will always stay close to our hearts. We feel truly fortunate to have met each and every one of you who supported us along the way. Thank you so much for your love, support, and patience throughout this journey!
Although this decision comes with short notice and saying goodbye is never easy, we remain dedicated to serving every dish with heart during these final days. If you have time, we warmly invite you to come by, enjoy a meal, and say goodbye to us!
