Our menu takes inspiration from Hawaii – a melting pot of flavours with Asian, Latin American and Portuguese influence.

Two Seabass fillets cooked in butter and finished on the grill for a crispy skin, served with a rich white wine and butter bean sauce.

Sliced sirloin cooked in our crispy house dredge, tossed with peppers
and onions in our garlic, ginger and hoisin ‘Ono sauce and topped
