Introducing the King William Dog Socials! 🐾
We’re so excited to launch our wonderful new series of breed-themed dog meet-ups at the King Bill.
Join us every Sunday throughout morning throughout autumn, from 10am 'til 11.30am, as we welcome a different group of four-legged friends to the King William garden.
📅 Take a look at our calendar to find your pooch’s special date!
🎟️ Entry is £5 per four-legged friend, with every paying dog receiving a pup cup token to redeem during the event. Part of every entry fee will also be donated to The Mayflower Animal Sanctuary.
Don’t have a dog? You’re still very welcome! Whether you’re considering a particular breed or simply fancy spending your Sunday morning surrounded by dogs (I mean who doesn't? 🥹), please come along and join us.
🍞 Tea, coffee and freshly-made King Billy breakfast sandwiches will be available to purchase while you enjoy the morning.
A few important details:
🐾 This is an outdoor event, so please come suitably dressed for the Great British weather.
🐾 Please park in our parking field as normal.
🐾 Dogs must remain under their owner’s control throughout the event.
🐾 Please only bring dogs that are comfortable being around other dogs and people.
🐾 Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times and must clean up after them.
🐾 The River Idle runs alongside our garden, so please keep water-loving dogs under close control. A towel in the car might still be a wise precaution!
If our first socials go well, we’re hoping to introduce some dog agility equipment at future events to provide a little extra entertainment.
We’ll then finish the series with our end-of-year Christmas Pawty, when all our new friends can get back together, with festive fun and prizes to be won! 🎄🐶
We are already welling up with happy tears at the thought 😭 Plus, who'd have thought the King Billy team will be fighting over the Sunday morning shifts? 😆
We can't wait to see you! 🥹 Tag someone whose hound needs to see our calendar!
