Sausages and fennel cooked in mustard and red w**e and vinegar.
Quite hard to find a decent sized fennel, that doesn't cost the earth and is organic!
However, taste delicious

Lamb from
Lamb roasted with ground cumin, ground coriander, lemon juice and onions. Finished off with tomatoes and Orzo. Smells and tastes delicious.
