Last weekend we celebrated my Dad’s 90th birthday. It was tiring, busy, noisy and filled with so much love!! Creating that balloon arch was interesting!! But it was worth it to see my Dads face. These milestones are so special and I honestly treasure every single one, because life is so fickle!!

Hello and welcome to all my new followers. It’s been a minute.

I am a London based wedding and celebration cake designer and I have a passion for good food and especially good cake. Coming from a Caribbean background this is of utmost importance!

I truly believe that every celebration deserves a statement cake that is a true reflection of you. It could include your culture, hobbies, the things that make you, YOU!

Even though I’m based in London, I create and deliver bespoke celebration cakes across London, Surrey, Essex Kent and the UK. I love working with people who value taste, as well as design and creativity.

I’m looking forward to sharing more with you over the coming days, weeks and months, so welcome on this journey with me.

By the way, my diary is open and there is still availability for 2026. Bear in mind I do take a limited number of orders each week.

Anyone else dreaming about some sunshine? This little beauty went out at the end of the year and was a gift from a wife who was abroad for her husband’s birthday.

All we need are some palm trees, a mocktail and we’re good to go!!

Today is my first official day back at work. It’s grey, miserable and cold outside, but I’m excited ready to dive into 2025.

2024 was such a year on all fronts. There was much growth with some fabulous collaborations and opportunities. There were challenges as well, but this is how we grow. Of course I cannot forget my beautiful clients who were all amazing to work with in creating their dream cakes.

2025 looks to be following in the same vein. There are some wonderful events already booked in, so if you haven’t booked your cake for this year, it’s time to get on it.

To 2025, I cannot wait to get into the nitty gritty and create those unforgettable memories.

One of the things I love the most about what I do is that I am privileged to create a cake and be a part of some of the most important and poignant events in my clients lives. This one touched my heart in particular as it was celebration of a new baby alongside the memorial of her mum who passed away after giving birth.

It’s sure reminder that life is short and we must embrace every moment while we can!
