Calling all parents!
Whilst I love seeing the faces of kids enjoying my ice cream, can I PLEASE ask that going forward, if at all possible, that you attend The Scoop - Hanslope with them?
I don't want to moan, but I have had a LOT of issues over the past few days, just with trouble making payments, leaving the freezer door open, loitering on the driveway (shared with my neighbour) and other small issues. They're all lovely and polite but it's causing me some issues with the freezer defrosting. We've also found litter from here by the oak tree.
Obviously if you can't, then don't worry, but it would be greatly appreciated if you could. I can understand kids don't understand trivial things like this, but as the weather gets warmer it's imperative that I maintain a good temperature in the freezer and prevent ice build up around the seal as much as possible. It's also important that I'm being paid correctly for my products. This is also, first and foremost, my home, and whilst I appreciate every single person who comes, I cannot have people using my driveway as a social hangout.
Some kids as of late also seem to find it very difficult understanding how to use the card machine, so could I also ask that if they do come, if they could pay by cash of possible (exact change only).
