Very quiet tonight so took a bag of litter off East Twickenham shopping area and watered the trees.

1/ Never heard of us.

2/ Heard we are a very good Thai restaurant, But give nothing back to the community, with recent google reviews like ‘My fav a Thai restaurant, they are so welcoming, very accommodating and super friendly. The food is 10/10!’ ‘‘With a hand on my heart, I can truly say, that was one of the tastiest thai dishes I’ve ever tried! Can’t recommend enough, how good was everything from the service to the food! Highly recommend!’’ and had a restaurant review in the Independent News Paper when they were doing a feature about Richmond!

3/ Heard we are excellent in giving back to our communities, and environment via of Community Cleans Volunteering! But didn’t know you had a restaurant! We do litter picking, river cleaning, and some sign cleaning and conservation work.
We have also raised money for local good causes and charities.
Featured in Nub News, SW Londoner, Socials of Radio Jackie, Mirror etc.

A manager of a Thai resturant in East Twickenham spends three to four days picking litter from parks and the Thames to encourage locals to do the same.

Before covid we had a restaurant with an add on Deliveroo service. After covid we had a Deliveroo service with an add on restaurant. Then we produced and add on Community Cleans where we gave back to our customers, communities and Environment by way of litter picking, river cleaning and some conservation work. The Community Cleans grown so much with such huge publicity and recognition that we are now...

The restaurant is still exceptionally important and without it there are no more Community Cleans.

These tins where all the staff put their change. Used to be customers but Virtually all customers pay by card now.

Catherine from Mulberry Centre at West Mid hospital not only loving her meal here but also loving the fact the staff filled their jar with their loose change and we are giving a voucher for their summer fundraising draw!

A real honour for us to be finalists in two Richmond Council Community Heroes Awards 2025 - 26. Although we didn't win, winning for us was being in the final. The winners highly deserved it for what they have done and we send our sincere congratulations to them both.
