This time a couple weeks ago we sent a load of our staff, including the landlady, off to get some training with our mates at .

They came back after an incredible couple of hours, much more caffeinated than they left and full of knowledge to boot!

So pleased to be able to support this

Wellbeing sessions funded by our charity are helping brain tumour patients reconnect, build confidence and improve their wellbeing.

Thanks to generous support from customers and supporters of the The William IV pub in Truro, patients recently enjoyed two special sessions at Potager Garden in Constantine, where they took part in gardening, cooking and social activities in a calm and supportive environment.

The sessions gave patients a chance to connect with others, enjoy time in nature and focus on their wellbeing beyond treatment.

One participant said: “It was a wonderful experience and I am so glad that I went along.”

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make these sessions possible, and to William IV customer Lee Barr, who will be taking on the London Marathon 2027 to raise even more funds for our patients.
