Thank you to everyone that came to see us at Trowbridge Weavers Market yesterday, it was yet another hot hot hot day!

Its a bit late but I just wanted capture some pics of the volunteers, traders and organisers as well some of footage of our setup.

We had some feedback regarding the Spice Bag, that it might be better in a box and it was very filling!

We are very excited to be at Trowbridge Weavers Market tomorrow from 10am with some new snack ideas and old favourites!

You may have seen our little video of us putting together the Spice Bag earlier in the week, so for your consideration, we have...

Spice Bag
Fries, Onion Bhaji, More Fries, Tikka Masala Sauce, Pickles (Gherkin / Onion), Sauces of your choice, Sliced Peppers.

Onion Bhaji Chaat
Two Smashed Onion Bhajis, Sauces of your choice, Fresh Coriander, Bombay Mix, Pickled Gherkins, Sliced Fresh Peppers, Sliced Mango for some sweetness. (Contains Peanuts)

Samosa Chaat
Two Smashed Samosas, Sauces of your choice, Chaat Masala, Fresh Coriander, Fresh or Pickled Onion, Punjabi Bombay mix and Slices of Mango for some sweetness. (Contains Peanuts).

Curries
Roasted Cauliflower Dal served with Plain Rice
Tikka Masala serviced with Plain Rice.

Sauces will be Coriander and Mint Sauce (dairy-free), Tamarind sauce (sweet and tangy), Pink Sauce (hot one).

Check it out! This was my second one (never going to be bikini ready at this rate). The fresh mint in the Pink Sauce was an impediment in getting more sauce on this new snack idea.

Hi, its a bit messy but introducing our new Bhaji Spice Bag. We were looking at different snack ideas, this will undoubtely change but here's something different.

What's in the bag I hear you ask?

One onion bhaji, fries, a bit of Tikka Masala sauce (or Tikka Masala curry), more fries, a sauce of your choice and pickles. Coleslaw is optional.

Thank you to Active Festival 2026 for having us today as part of the (lengendary) food lineup.

It was another hot one! Thank you to everyone that came by to grab a bite to eat! The new smoked Tikka Masala went down well with those that gave it a try.

Mmm what do next week? Let me know if you have any suggestions.

We are back next week at Trowbridge Weavers Market on Fore Street.
