For a clean chicken give your bird a nice massage with ginger powder and salt , and make sure to remove all the fat, rince it and then soak it in some salted water with slices of lemon and 2 spoons of vinger for 10 minutes, let it dry then soak it again in polish kefir for as much as you can if you are looking for a tender clean chicken 😋😋😋... then it's ready for the marinade of your choice.
Make sure to clean your worksurface with dettol once you are done ✔
