We have been booked on a multi day reward for the staff of a fantastic Swansea business. They have hit targets and are giving a thank you to those who helped them achieve it.

Due to a big work force they have asked us to do a few days in order to make sure everyone gets the reward, that's top tier thinking.

A little bit of thought and some awesome food seems to go a long way to the staff feeling loved.

We are back open today at FULLY LOADED SA4, giving you the answer to the question "what should I have for lunch/dinner?"

First 9.30-2.30 serving up all those beautiful sandwiches, loaded fries and loaded hash browns that make you feel so good inside.

Then we will be back 5-8pm for burger night serving up burgers and loaded fries

Both services will have the opportunity to grab those beautiful cakes and bakes that Katie makes.

Last hot at 2pm for daytime service.

Tomorrow night is Burger night at FULLY LOADED SA4 from 5pm.

(And a quick thank you to everyone who came in today as the shop was bouncing for a Thursday).

We will have the flat top hot and those burgers smashing.

These are the burgers that when you bite into one, you look at whoever you're with, and give that silent nod that says it all.

If you've been, you know, it's just a really good, unpretentious range of burgers, in a shop that never judges, has a great soundtrack and has Katie's amazing desserts.

Time to make 80+ staff feel some love and appreciation, especially when they have hit targets.

All the goods are on today at FULLY LOADED SA4

We have sandwiches, drinks, loaded fries, loaded hash browns, cakes pots, desserts, coffee and always a warm welcome, especially on a rainy day.

We also have the mid week meals deal on which is anything but MID.

Any Sando from the board, crisps and a can of drink all for £10
(I love the fact Swansea people say POP for a fizzy drink).

Till 11.30am we have a brekkie bap deal, bacon or sausage and egg tiger roll with hash browns for £6.

Don't settle for the average or that'll do lunch from a shelf, come and get some food with attitude and know you've done it right.

At some point this lunchtime you're going get that pain of hunger, then you've got a choice to make.

You can go and grab a sandwich from the chains, grab something off the shelves and it'll do the job in an "it's alright" type of fashion..

OR
