WE’RE HIRING — JOIN THE BUBBLE & BREW CREW! ☕️🩷
We’re looking for a confident, experienced barista to join our growing Bubble & Brew team! ✨
This definitely isn’t your typical coffee shop job! You’ll be out and about at weddings, festivals, private parties, village events and some of our busiest days — making great coffee, meeting lovely people and being part of the Bubble & Brew experience! ☕️
THE ROLE
• Part-time & flexible
• Mainly event days, sometimes with longer hours
• Looking into offering one regular day a week too
• £14 per hour
• Working across our coffee trailer & indoor coffee cart
• Event setup & pack-down
• Heavy lifting is required — moving equipment, stock and setting up for events
• Lots of variety — no two events are the same!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We need someone with barista experience who is confident behind the machine and can keep calm when things get busy!
Friendly & approachable
Experienced & confident making coffee
Fast, organised & hardworking
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical setup/pack-down
Happy working long event days
Ideally a driver, as some events are further afield — although if you're based in Stroud, we’re happy to arrange lifts where possible
Reliable, committed and looking for something long-term
We’re really looking for someone who wants to stick around and grow with Bubble & Brew, rather than just a few occasional shifts. 🫶
