Come and enjoy the fun, soak up the atmosphere and grab yourself a slice! 🎉

Our dough is made from scratch, hand-stretched and fermented for 24 hours before hitting the oven. 🔥 No shortcuts, just proper pizza!

🍕 WE’RE NOT OBSESSED WITH PIZZA. WE’RE OBSESSED WITH THE DOUGH. 🍕

Because great pizza starts long before it ever hits the oven.

Our dough is made with just 4 ingredients:

Flour. Water. Yeast. Salt.

But simple doesn’t mean easy.

Every dough ball is weighed by hand, balled by hand and stretched by hand.

We carefully measure every batch, mix to exact temperatures and then give our dough something most pizza simply doesn’t get…

TIME.

24 hours of fermentation and resting before it even sees the oven. 🔥

No frozen bases.
No bought-in dough.
No shortcuts.

Just proper dough, made properly.

And that’s our superpower.

Urban Dough Co. is all about the dough. 🍕
