Bank Holiday Monday will be the last day that the Buffet Coach at Staverton will open.

We open on Good Friday with a brand new menu for Easter weekend, then close for the final time on Bank Holiday Monday with the king of lemon drizzle at the helm.

Make the most of this unique coach whilst it's at Staverton before it moves onto pastures new!

It’s Day Two of the South Devon Railway and Staverton Bar. The Devon Diesel Society Limited Rails and Ales festival!

The Buffet Coach is open again, serving the usual fare of soft drinks, pasties and delicious home made cakes.

If you’re on the hard stuff, one can particularly recommend Raspberry Ripple Cider from the main bar! It’s delish! 🍺🔆

Don’t forget this weekend is the Staverton Bar. The Devon Diesel Society Limited Excellent Beer Festival! Let’s hope the weather is a bit more promising! 🍻🔅

In ONE week, THE BEST Beer Festival opens its doors!

Please note that access to the Beer Festival is by train ticket only. Fares get capped at £10 for a return to Staverton from either Buckfastleigh or Totnes! That’s a real bargain for a steamy ending of summer- And some good beer to boot!
