PUBLIC UPDATE……

Guys we are so sorry a scheduled post re our delay in opening never posted on the 24th October.

So so sorry we thought it was a bit quiet and no one beating the keyboards.

Right, yes we are still opening and yes 🙌 we are waiting on the final sign ✍️ from the EHO (council) as we like to do things proper.

We will be in contact with the council tomorrow and then hopefully we can give you an update.

Please accept our apologies and yes Collingham we will be with you soon.

We take pride in using top-notch flour and authentic Italian cheese. Plus, all our fresh toppings, sides, and pastas are crafted with the finest ingredients sourced right here in Lincolnshire from local farms, retailers, and suppliers such as Lincs Table

Don't forget to check out our diverse collection of craft beers from both local and national breweries across the UK. And for all you wine lovers, we've got a fabulous array of wines courtesy of Weavers Wines from Nottinghamshire. Cheers!

UPDATE

Some of you may of noticed our beautiful red hatch that was installed this week so you probably know where we are located now .

We have installed an amazing pizza 🍕 kitchen in barn at the rear of so we can provide the lovely folks of mouth watering sourdough pizzas 🍕 to your door or for collection.

Please not these pizzas will not be available on the menu at the Pub but you can order online, by app or have a walk and order from our amazing red hatch.

Things are getting exciting guys and hopefully we will have a firm opening date very soon.

So in the meantime and keep a lookout for more updates.

SLIGHT DELAY……..

The pizza 🍕 oven gods have spoken and we must have a bigger fan “ she just canne do it “ the oven gods said.

So, as we want to be absolutely awesome just like new kids on the block we must have a bigger fan installed and this will take another 2-4 weeks for B.A. Baracus & Face to make a new one.

So this means mid October you can get your hands on some awesome sourdough pizza 🍕 at home oh and epic sides➕naughty craft beers 🍺

We will keep praying to our lord Cheesus Crust to speed things up and in the mean time Collingham

There is pizza and there is pizza 🍕 and the saying goes “crap goes in the oven crap comes out”

So, that’s what makes us stand out as we only put good in the oven so only good comes out and that’s because we have taken weeks to sample, test and explore the very best of Lincolnshire and boy have we found some amazing produce.
