Great news: you can now find our coffee at the incredible Barnsmuir Farm Shop!

We love a local partnership, especially when we’re working alongside fabulous people, like the Barnsmuir team, who share our passion for the beautiful East Neuk countryside and coastline, alongside truly traceable, artisanal produce.

If you haven’t visited their fabulous farm shop, based just outside Crail, you’re seriously missing out! It's packed with their award winning soft fruit and veg, as well as cordial, jam and honey from the brilliant Alice's Kitchen.

And now Barnsmuir is also stocking our coffee, including...

💙 Something Mellow from Peru, with tasting notes of milk chocolate, golden toffee and just a hint of orange blossom.

💛 Something Decaf from Colombia, with tasting notes of caramel, poached apple and vanilla.

There's few things we love more than a local partnership, especially when we’re working with people like the Pittormie Farm team. They absolutely share our passion for the Fife countryside as well as for truly traceable, artisanal produce.

If you haven’t visited the Pittormie Farm Shop yet - you’re missing out! It's packed with fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as a fantastic range of food and drink from local producers. It is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves delicious, local food and drink.

Bryte has been up and running for 6 months and we wanted to take a moment to say hello (again) and thanks!

So, hello - I’m Sam and I am the founder of Bryte! I love life and in life I love:

☕️ A truly tasty brew (obviously!)
🌊 Cold sea dips & long beach walks
🧢 Funky fleeces and a flat cap

For me, Bryte is more than just roasting coffee (although that's pretty important) - it’s about creating moments. We want to enrich those soul-nourishing mindful and social parts of your day with a delicious, inclusive coffee experience.

Although we haven't been around for long, the support, encouragement and positivity that we've received so far has been incredible.

So, thank you! Thank you for being on the journey with us, and we can't wait share more coffee and community with you in the months and years ahead!

🎉 Today, we're sharing our love for Llave de Oro in Palomar, Peru.

Here's what you need to know:

👤 Llave de Oro was established in 1970, and is now run by top Peruvian producer, Andres Bazos

📍 High in the Peruvian Andes, Llave de Oro thrives on the mist-veiled slopes of Palomar, where nutrient-rich soil and a high-altitude climate help cultivate exceptional coffee

🎯 Llave de Oro produces stunning speciality coffee that masterfully blends decades of heritage with sophisticated modern farming techniques

⛴ This coffee is sourced by Mark and the team at Khipu Coffee; by sourcing directly from small family farms and impact-driven cooperatives, Khipu maintains a fully transparent supply chain that ensures total traceability from the Peruvian highlands to UK-based coffee roasters

We're delighted to announce that Bryte coffee is now available at the brilliant Pineapple Espresso in Glasgow.

Celebrating the launch of our epic new roast, Encanto, you'll find this coffee on batch and AeroPress as of Saturday 11th April.

We love our connection with Pineapple Espresso: not only are they lovely people serving outstanding coffee, but they also have a fantastic link into the design and renovation of the Bryte roastery.

So, if you're out and about in Glasgow and fancy checking out this big, new Bryte brew, definitely find your way to South Block (G1 5QH).

Based just down the road from our roastery, Morton of Pitmilly is an award-winning country resort with fantastic self-catering houses and stunning leisure facilities.

It really is the ultimate sanctuary for reconnecting and unwinding, and we hope guests will enjoy having Bryte coffee as an option to add a little extra joy to their stay!
