I made this cake for a celebration last weekend and thought I had shared it this was a delicious chocolate cake with fresh flowers fruit & favourite chocolates, I did really enjoy decorating this as with all my cakes with flowers on ******ers

It’s not often I get to eat my cakes but at the weekend I did as it was my daughters birthday, I can confirm it was delicious, vanilla & pistachio flavour. You can get around 24-28 small pieces out of my 8” round 3 layer cakes which is great for a crowd but if that’s not enough I can always top up with cupcakes if you needed more ******er

This week something happened to me that has never happened before since owning my cake biz,….. I forgot to write a cake order in my diary, I woke up to a text message asking when the customer could collect their cake that day ! Eeeeek I couldn’t find any messages relating to this order & when I did it was clear I had made a big mistake. They lady was really understanding and whilst I couldn’t make the cake that she had originally ordered I was still able to make her an amazing cake, thank goodness I had some ingredients in and the shops are nearby. Turnaround from message to finished cake around 5 hours ! This was really stressful and a mistake that I have definitely learnt from for sure but I am very glad that it all worked out in the end . This weekend I made a two tiered cake for my mums 80th birthday, this is not something that I have done before and I needed to practice a tiered cake for an even more special celebration in November ! I was pleased how it came out but there is definitely room for improvement , this is not something I am currently offering but who knows , I may well do in the future , personalised topper from Bespoke Cake Toppers | Hampshire UK ******er
