A wonderful quote from a very regular guest was heard yesterday.

"This is why I love coming here. Not only is it a very special place but you never know what the day is going to bring. I have had so many interesting chats with such a variety of people from all over the world with different life stories"

One thing for sure life at Ruthin Castle Hotel & Spa is never boring!

Open today from 12 noon - we do recommend booking to secure a table.

Treat yourself at Tafarn Y Ddraig Ruthin! 😋

Finish your meal the sweet way with our classic coffee & chocolate tiramisu – layers of light, creamy coffee mascarpone, dusted with rich cocoa, served with a jug of fresh pouring cream.

One question that always takes our staff by surprise...

"Are we allowed to come in if we are not staying?"

Ruthin Castle Hotel & Spa is open to anyone that wants to wander our grounds and the public areas.

Peacocks are free roaming - seed available to buy at reception and at this time of year more than likely to find a tail feather and see the chicks

We also have a history trail leaflet at reception to guide you around the grounds.....starting from the willow....which the escapee sheep seem to have taken a liking to! Look out for the cute black lambs.

Absolutely no obligation to buy anything, no entrance fees - so a cheap idea for the summer holidays
