Autumn Sun and a fridge full of sourdough pizza balls could mean only one thing.... PIZZA⁣

I have loads of fabulous ingredients to try out at the moment and today decided to sample the Vegan 'Nduja made by ⁣
⁣
'Nduja is a spreadable pork sausage rich in fat and chilli and this vegan version doesn't disappoint. ⁣
⁣
I paired it with a roasted squash sauce base, Gorgonzola, Fior Di Latte, Basil and a drizzle of Scotch Bonnet infused honey post-cook. ⁣
⁣
You've no doubt seen guys like , , and pairing these kind of flavours — with damn good reason, they work VERY well. I'm a particular fan of the little salty blue hits from the Gorgonzola against the sweet sauce and spicy sausage. YUM!⁣

Anyway, plenty of pizza this weekend as it's my Birthday tomorrow! ⁣

Hello!

So, this was going to be my planned SLICE // SOCIETY pop up menu, but due to the latest announcements it’s proved difficult on the proposed venue front.

I’ve been developing the range of fresh Neapolitan Pizza for a good while now and want you to be able to enjoy these in the comfort of your own homes. Neapolitan pizza doesn’t travel well in boxes and NOBODY likes a soggy bottom.

The 72 Hour fermented, Biga-infused dough has already done all the hard work in my 500c oven. They come vacuum packed in biodegradable packaging for complete freshness - You just have to pop them in your domestic oven for 6/7 minutes for a perfectly cooked Neapolitan beauty! 🤤

The menu will be ever changing and rotating, using a mixture of the best quality imported and locally sourced ingredients from independent producers. In true Plant Powered fashion, every element will be made from scratch.

There will be a few of these ready for delivery I’ve the next couple of days to HX6 (or alternatively, collection from Norland) - Keep your eye on here for availability and grab yourselves some lockdown loveliness 💚🍕
