I have been baking for more than 18 years. Making cakes is my hobby, my relax. All the cakes on my site can be ordered in gluten-free, lactose free, egg free and sugar-free versions. When placing an order for all cakes we require a deposit 50% from the price of the cake. The deposit is refundable if the order is canceled more than a month before the term. We don´t return any deposit unless the order is cancelled less than one month in advance. We do not refund for customers that have simply changed their mind or if the cake has been damaged out of our care. (Please read cake care instructions which you got with the cake)
Final payment for all cakes must be paid at the least one hour before collection (bank transfer) or on collection (cash)
No contract is made with you until we have received your deposit. Once your deposit has been received you are in a legally binding contract with Anna´s World of Sweets. In the case of last minute order (less than 10 days) full payment in advance is required. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
