Munchkins Miniature Shetland Rescue are my chosen charity. I've always loved horses and these guys are so amazing in the love and care they give these beautiful ponies. They have a shop in town, are always fundraising. I bake cakes for their fayres and sponsor a pony called Crumble. Give them a follow or donate a pound. Every little helps 👩‍🍳❤️

🤗Thank you so much everyone who has donated yesterday towards putting down concrete in front of the barn. It really means a lot. The comfort and welfare of our ponies is paramount.
We have a long way to go...
It will happen, as soon as we can and I will have to try and sort out the fundraiser I tried to set up.
If everyone reading this gives just £1 we could move ahead so much faster.
Winter is coming. Hooves are already getting softer and we're battling against time.
We hand pick surface stones every day but we're fighting a losing battle.
We're on clay and flint ground, we have a small area of scalpings which ponies are struggling with but the flints are unavoidable.
To give just £1 please donate here:

Six years ago I opened Gina’s Cakes and Bakes. Life has thrown me a few challenges with my health, but I am still here doing what I love. It is a privilege to have made almost 450 celebration cakes in that time. I hope to be here helping you celebrate your special occasion for many years to come. Shall we have a giveaway to celebrate? Comment Happy Birthday and I'll get some gift vouchers sorted 👩‍🍳😊❤️

I loved making this only fools and horses cake for a 70th birthday. The car could have been bigger, it looks like a toy on the cake! Two layers of lemon sponge, buttercream and lemon curd filling 👩‍🍳🙂❤️
