I absolutely love this cyclical change, partly because it leans into Virgo season which is my birth mont. Harvests are ripe and the earth is beginning to sigh a sense of release as we move into darker months.

The peak of summer. What a beautiful time of year.
The colour, warmth and depth of nature is in full splendour.
We begin to process the fruits of our labour.
Process, preserve, ferment and create.
It's a time to capture the sun in your food. To hold it tight and carry forward as the nights slowly begin to draw in.
It keeps me steady, grounded and offers a sense of safety to be with the seasons. To be nature as we all are.

Another turn of the wheel, another feast is upon us!
I feel like hardly any time has passed since we celebrated the Solstice 6 weeks ago and here we are celebrating the first harvest and the beautiful time we are in which is Lammas!

It felt like neverending heat this year and the sun has been so incredibly powerful. I've tended my land as best I could and watered every day. It's been tough and things are in some places slow on the uptake but I am starting to feel the rewards of my labour and I'd love to share that with you.

More homegrown ingredients than ever so far this year! Home made and produced with care and intention.

With lots of planning and careful thought I am so pleased so share my new scheme with you.

If you find yourself in need of something ready to heat at the end of a busy day, high nutrient and wholesome but don't want to cook from scratch, this could be just the answer to help at the end of a busy day.

My brand new scheme offers seasonal plant based meals straight to your door, to store away untill it's needed.

A seasonal changing menu, I'll be adding on extras as I settle into this new scheme and would love to offer treats and rewards to my customers too.
