🥵 Omg, this heat is relentless! We’re definitely not looking forward to lighting the wood-fired oven later today. 🔥
We’ve got everything crossed that our dough survives the heat and behaves itself! 🤞🍕
It’ll be great to see all the kids back out on the cricket pitch having fun though. Wishing everyone a brilliant evening, and if you’re heading down, why not treat yourself to a pizza while you’re there? 🍕🏏

☀️🍕 HEATWAVE UPDATE FROM THE FODDER BOX 🍕☀️

We'll be at Shelton Cricket Club from 5:30pm on Friday for All Stars & Dynamos, serving a slightly reduced pizza menu.

The forecast says it's going to be very hot. Unfortunately, nobody thought to tell our wood-fired oven, which is planning to make things significantly hotter. 🔥

While the kids are running around having fun and the parents are relaxing in the sunshine, we'll be standing inside a metal box with a giant fire, questioning some of our career choices.

Current predictions:
☀️ Outside: "Lovely summer evening"
🔥 Inside The Fodder Box: "Are we baking pizzas, or are the pizzas baking us?"

If you see us looking slightly wilted, don't worry. It's all part of the authentic wood-fired experience.

The good news? The oven will be hot, the pizzas will be fantastic, and we'll be doing our very best not to melt into the dough.

Come and grab some dinner, enjoy the sunshine, and spare a little sympathy for the sweaty pizza crew. Or don't... we'll accept cold drinks as an alternative. 🍺😆

Great to see so many kids playing great football at the tournament today. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for pizza or just to say hello.
