The weeks are flying in, it's Friday again and it's Sanday show day the day, which means it's the start of a very short window where you can eat chips or burgers every day for dinner and tea and nobody bats an eyelid! So why not start show week off in style and get yourself a Fish or Pattie Supper!? Book your takeaway in all the usual ways!

Here's what's happening show week! We'll be closed on Monday the 3rd and open on Tuesday instead! We are open from 10am on Shapinsay Show day and then back to normal Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, then we'll be closed through the day on County show day (Saturday the 8th) and open for food at night! On Sunday you can come down for lunch or a bacon roll to round off show week!

We have 2 large bookings in for Thursday the 30th, so if you had been thinking to come down/over on Thursday, let us know ahead of time so we can try to accommodate you! The Marquee is fully booked from 12.30 for at least an hour.

🌬️Well, it didn't feel summery yesterday and today is....lets no even speak aboot it! It's FRIDAY though, so all good! The Café is open all day today and we've got Chicken burgers and chips on as the special AND it's the one night of the week you can get away without cooking! Give us a call or message on messenger and book your takeaway slot now!

Not the most summery of weeks again this week! Why not do something a bit different and hop on the 11.30 boat to Shapinsay and have fish and chips and the Smithy? You could be back on the 1.30 boat or hang around, go for a walk and be back in time for tea with the 3.15 or the 4.45 ferry back!🍟

Closed Tuesday but here are the Specials for the rest of the week (week commencing 20th). We're open 11.30-3 every day except Tuesdays! Why not pop over on the ferry, you can catch the ferry right out of Kirkwall at 11.30am, arriving at 12 and catch the 1.30pm back again! (book to avoid disappointment!) Or you can stay and have a wander or a drive around Shapinsay!

Tonight's the night for Pizzas, who's excited?! Still a couple of tables left if you want to book! If you'd like a takeaway pizza, please have your orders in by 3pm so we have enough dough proven! Looking forward to seeing you all later! 🍕🍕🍕🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

Still a few spaces left for Pizza night on Saturday - 2 tables plus the marquee between 5 and 7pm and a few spaces still after 7pm. Ovens will be on till 8pm, takeaway pizzas also available.

If you can't make it for Pizza night, not to worry, it's Takeaway Friday and we've got Chicken burger and chips on the lunch menu!
