🧀✨ WHAT GOES INTO A GATHER & GRAZE GRAZING TABLE? ✨🧀

I often get asked why a grazing table costs more than simply ordering individual graze boxes or boards, so I thought I’d explain a little bit about what goes on behind the scenes ❤️

A grazing table isn’t just about the food you see on the finished table…

✨ Planning & preparation – every table is planned around your guest numbers, occasion, theme and dietary requirements.

🛒 Shopping & sourcing – there’s a lot of time spent sourcing fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, savouries, sweet treats, breads, crackers and all the little extras that make each table unique.

🔪 Preparation – everything is freshly prepared, washed, cut, portioned and arranged ready for your event.

🌿 Styling & creating – I don’t simply put food on a table. I spend time creating a beautiful, abundant display, using different heights, boards, bowls, greenery and decorations to make your grazing table a real centrepiece.

🚗 Delivery & set-up – depending on your booking, I transport all of the food and equipment safely to your venue and spend time setting everything up ready for your guests.

🧺 My equipment – grazing tables involve the use of my boards, platters, serving pieces, stands, bowls, risers, table equipment, decorations and styling props. All of this needs to be transported, cleaned and cared for after every event.

⏰ And most importantly… TIME!
There are hours of work involved before your guests even see the finished table – from planning and shopping to preparation, creating, transporting, setting up and clearing away.

You’re paying for the ingredients, my time, preparation, styling, equipment, transportation, set-up and all the work that goes into creating something special for your celebration.

I often get asked why a grazing table costs more than simply ordering individual graze boxes or boards, so I thought I’d explain a little bit about what goes on behind the scenes ❤️

One of my favourite things about creating grazing tables and platters is being able to add those little personal touches that make them completely unique to your celebration… and this twin boys’ baby shower was no exception! 🥰💙

I was so excited to create these beautiful platters, filled with lots of delicious goodies and little details celebrating the arrival of two precious baby boys. 👶🏼👶🏼💙

Today’s boards were made with a little extra love… 💙💙👶🏼👶🏼

A customer got in touch wanting to surprise her sister, who is expecting twins, with something special to enjoy and celebrate with her. 🥰

So today I created these beautiful grazing boards, packed full of savoury favourites, delicious cheeses, fresh fruit, sweet treats and plenty of little details to make them extra special — including our personalised “TWINS” touches! 💙💙
