A huge thank you to Forge Valley Roasters for hosting the Scarborough Vegans Supper Club on the 1st of May 💚

Our Menu for the evening:

Starter: Roasted rainbow tomatoes, whipped feta and basil oil, alongside a Bread course of Exec Chef Alex’s famous sourdough (15 year old starter).

Main: Smoked tofu steak, celeriac puree, red wine jus, crispy shallots.

Pud: Tonca bean Cheesecake with rhubarb curd.
