🔥 WHAT A BANK HOLIDAY! 🔥

It’s been a fantastic one! We work unbelievably hard to put restaurant-quality numbers out of a little shack — and we’re so proud of what we’re building at Sandown Boulevard! ❤️

A little reminder though… my staff are only doing a job. Please be kind to them. ❤️

We had two complaints about the ribs tonight. Unfortunately, our usual butcher was closed for the Bank Holiday, so we had to use an alternative supplier. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly — and when they don’t, come and speak to us! We will always do our best to put it right.

Last week, we even had someone say the food was too smoky… and yes, we gave a full refund! 😂

At the end of the day, it’s only food. If something isn’t right, tell us. If you don’t like smoked food… maybe Low & Slow isn’t for you! 😂🔥

But please, don’t take it out on the team. They work bloody hard and deserve respect.

Tomorrow we go again…

The weather is absolutely wild today! 💨🌧️ The wind is blowing shutters around, so for everyone’s safety we’re delaying opening until 5PM.

🙏 Sorry for the inconvenience, but safety first!
