From whole grilled fish and tiger king prawns to lobster, small plates and plenty more from the kitchen.

With the partial solar eclipse set to pass over Saltburn tomorrow evening, we’re hoping for clear skies and a view worth looking up for.

Our king prawns are cooked over the grill, finished with chilli and garlic butter and served with burnt lime.

From kitchen theatre to your table.

There’s something satisfying about watching a dish come together, from the grill to the pass before it’s served.

The grill is now in full swing, with the first of our new grill dishes beginning to make their way onto the Seaview summer menu.

If you’re joining us over the coming weeks, you may just be among the first to experience them.

There’s a reason this is the dish everyone talks about.

Recommended by Nadiya Hussain and Fred Sirieix, our Saltburn Crab Brioche has become a Seaview favourite, packed with white and brown crab, crayfish tails, celeriac remoulade, pickled cucumber and radish, served with skinny fries and lemon mayonnaise.
