Fresh from the grill.🦐

Tiger prawns, cooked over the grill and finished with chilli, garlic butter and burnt lime. Enjoy them on the terrace with a glass of wine in the sunshine, or inside overlooking the sea.

From kitchen theatre to your table.

There’s something satisfying about watching a dish come together, from the grill to the pass before it’s served.

The grill is now in full swing, with the first of our new grill dishes beginning to make their way onto the Seaview summer menu.

If you’re joining us over the coming weeks, you may just be among the first to experience them.

Recommended by Nadiya Hussain and Fred Sirieix, our Saltburn Crab Brioche has become a Seaview favourite, packed with white and brown crab, crayfish tails, celeriac remoulade, pickled cucumber and radish, served with skinny fries and lemon mayonnaise.
