Salisbury, we need your help with a small payment issue from this evening.

We had three lovely guests dining with us at Zia Pizza this evening, between approximately 7:00 and 8:00 PM.

While checking our payments afterwards, we noticed that a card payment for their bill did not successfully complete, despite the transaction appearing to go through at the time. Unfortunately, neither the customer nor our team noticed this, and we don't have any contact details for the guests.

This was a genuine payment-processing mistake, and we simply want to make sure we put it right.

If you were dining with us this evening and think this may relate to your visit, please contact us privately at [email protected]. We can arrange a secure payment link so the payment can be completed easily.

Our team worked closely with the group host to coordinate the seating, food, timing and service. Everything was planned so that when the guests arrived, the host could simply relax and enjoy the occasion.

The result? A smooth, enjoyable group lunch, completed within around an hour, with great food and a fantastic customer experience.

While our building is temporarily hidden behind scaffolding, our windows have been transformed into a celebration of Salisbury's amazing independent businesses as part of Salisbury Indies Week (1–7 July).

A huge thank you to Salisbury BID and the incredibly talented Michele Millidge for creating this wonderful artwork. We absolutely love it! ❤️
