Weā€™ve just launched our new summer Sunday Lunch, and itā€™s a beautifully relaxed, Mediterranean-style version of a Sunday lunch. Our entire menu is built around three simple things: fire, seasonality, and the joy of sharing.

In Spain, an Asador is a place centred entirely around cooking over an open fire. Itā€™s not about formality or fuss; itā€™s about incredible ingredients, generous portions, and those long, easy meals that stretch out into afternoons with friends and family.

At Ardor, we bring that exact Asador spirit straight to your table. Our feast features fire-cooked mains like dry-aged beef, rotisserie chicken, and Duroc pork, all served alongside a vibrant spread of seasonal sides for the table to share, including grilled vegetables, salads, rosemary potatoes, aioli, and salsa verde.
