I did it. I went on my own to a fantasy book pottery painting event! I chatted with total strangers, who were all lovely, I acknowledged my anxiety and I let just pass through
I didn't let it take over, I had the shakes for maybe 10 minutes but once I got stuck in with my design and I got talking, I was great! And when there wasn't any chat, I didn't try to fill the silence, I just enjoyed being in a space with others who have similar interests to me and creating something.
This definitely filled my cup instead of draining my social battery!

Didn't film a lot because I was too busy just being present
Can't wait to see my finished pottery!
