Introducing our Presa Ibérica with Mojo Rojo - Seared Ibérico pork shoulder steak, rested and sliced, served with a Spanish red pepper sauce with garlic, cumin and a gentle chilli warmth.

Our Albóndigas de carne are seared and gently simmered in a rich tomato sauce with garlic, herbs and a touch of paprika.
