A journey we never really envisaged when we first started in lockdown. We never really knew where it would go, never knew if it would work and definitely didn’t have a clue what we was doing and still don’t 😂

This Easter weekend marked an epic milestone for Curio, operating 2 fixed sites at once. A scenario we never knew was possible! It is humbling being alongside some of Manchester’s best independent operators under one roof and thank the whole team for the opportunity.

We’d like to say thank you, to all of our first ever customers and to the newest ones this past weekend. None of this would have been possible without you!

We’d like to thank Heyside CC for giving us a home for 4 years and giving us a stable platform to build upon . Friends and family who were there when things went t**s up and we needed a hand👊🏽

A special mention to the team at the Royton restaurant who continue to work hard, learn and strive to keep it moving!

Our new team at Denton have been working incredibly hard these past few weeks. Easter weekend took us by surprise and despite challenges got through it with grit, hard work and passion!

We are building great teams across both sites and we hope the future is bright despite the struggles of operating in hospitality.
