And this time I’ve created something thick, filthy, ridiculously indulgent and VERY seasonal. 😏

I’d love to whip it out and show you all right now… but where’s the fun in giving it up that easily? 😂

So for now, my new Flap stays firmly in the shadows. 👀

Think proper autumn comfort food, the sort of thing made for cosy nights, stretchy trousers and pretending calories don’t exist. 🤤🍁

My lovely friend at Miss Ivy Florals is back with her fabulous wreath-making workshops this Christmas — and naturally, Matt’s Flaps are getting in on the action!😂

You’ll spend the evening fiddling with your foliage, perfecting your bush and making sure your wreath is suitably well-hung… while tucking into some tasty festive flaps courtesy of yours truly. 😏

Because nothing says Christmas quite like a gorgeous bush, a tasty flap and a room full of festive cheer. 🎅🏼🍰🌿

💙THAT’S ME FLAPPED OUT FOR NOW! 💙😂

Today’s orders are officially DONE, boxed up and ready for collection! 🙌

A HUGE thank you to all my gorgeous flappers for keeping me busy. You really do love getting your hands on my flaps… and who am I to complain? 😏😂

I know I’ve been a bit crap at posting lately 🙈 — turns out when you’re busy baking, filling, topping and getting your flaps out, there isn’t much time left for playing with your socials! 😂

But rest assured, even when it’s been quiet on here, there’s been plenty of flap action going on behind the scenes! 👀

🏖️ NOW FOR A LITTLE BREAK…

The Matt’s Flaps kitchen is CLOSED until 24th August — even my flaps need a rest occasionally! 😴😂

One Flapper has been nagging me for ages to find the time to make one of these… and I finally had a little spare time to get creative! 😄

So here it is — a Dubai Chocolate Inspired Cheesy Flap, made specially to order and packed with all those rich, indulgent flavours that inspired the craze.

I love bringing your ideas to life, and this one was definitely worth the wait. ❤️

Sometimes the best creations come from a customer challenge and a bit of spare time!
