Join us at Romford Market on 3 October for our final regular market date for the season. 🤍

Something we have been thinking about adding to the Marisola Menu is sharing and party platters.

A mix of the smaller bakes you already see from us - tarts, mini cakes, cupcakes, brownie bites, éclairs and other individual desserts - brought together for birthdays, family gatherings and smaller celebrations.

Everything, as always, would remain plant-based and made with gluten-free ingredients, with the option to choose a mix that works for your occasion.

A little look back at our September Paint & Crumb.

An evening of cake, colour, good food and time to do something simply because you enjoy it.

One of our favourite things about these workshops is seeing how differently everyone approaches the same blank canvas. Some arrive with a plan, some make it up as they go - and both work.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Crem Kitchen and made the evening what it was.

Our first time at Wanstead Festival — and what a day.

The weather had other ideas, but the welcome more than made up for it. We set up, smiled through it and even sold out of éclairs — something we don't usually bring to markets, so that felt like a win.

One moment that really stayed with me was meeting a customer who hadn't been able to freely choose from a stall like ours before. She picked a slice of loaf cake without the usual questions or hesitation, and being part of that simple moment was a lovely reminder of exactly why we do this.

I had my daughter with me for the day too, which made it feel even more special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made our first visit such a memorable one. We'd love to be back in Wanstead again soon.

One of our most asked questions at the stall — and honestly, one of our favourite moments of every market day. 🤍

Because watching someone go from cautious to spoilt for choice in the space of a sentence never gets old. This Saturday was no different. One customer's face when she realised everything on the stall was for her — that smile said it all.

Everything at Marisola Parlour is plant-based and made with gluten-free ingredients. Not some of it. Not a separate shelf. All of it.

That's always been the point.

You'll have your own prepared mini cake to paint and decorate, with everything you need provided - plus a welcome drink and a generous selection of small plates to enjoy.

No cake decorating experience needed. Come with a friend, bring someone you've been meaning to catch up with, or simply come ready to create.
