Why not join us this Bank Holiday Monday, admire our beautiful vine and share a bottle of our own English Sparkling Wine which we harvested 3 summers ago.

It won’t be hanging around for long we’ve already sold 1/4 of our first vintage since its release 2 months go☀️🥂🍾

We are very happy to be celebrating the wedding of a lovely couple here at the Halt tomorrow, Saturday 29th. They have booked us for the whole day and evening so no bookings or drinks for those not on the guest list, but just for Saturday.
We ARE open this evening, and on Sunday AND on Monday, it being a bank holiday - our fabulous kitchen is open this evening, for Sunday lunch and during the day on Monday - booking definitely advised…..

Another delicious Sunday lunch session at The Salehurst Halt! ☀️🍷

Our terrace and garden were full of happy diners basking in the sunshine, enjoying a drink or two and tucking into:

🍖 Slow-cooked shoulder and pressed belly of pork, served with roast potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, local vegetables and cider gravy.

🍗 Roast supreme of chicken, served with roast potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, local vegetables and white wine gravy.

🌱 Mushroom, cauliflower, red pepper, apricot and cashew nut roast, served with roast potatoes, local vegetables and veggie gravy.

Exactly how Sundays should be! 😍
