A very late breakfast post. But as promised today’s breakfast of smoked salmon and bagels from Lidl GB scrambled eggs and of course caviar from Elsinore Foods This was a great way to start a rather grey and wet Saturday ☔️

A quick post here the thank the good people at Elsinore Foods for me this incredible range of seafood ingredients and dishes. I had the clam chowder for my lunch today and it was exquisite 🤌🏾 I’m going to make some smoked salmon bagels tomorrow for breakfast with scrambled egg and to make it more decadent I’m going to top with the caviar 😋

A new month and a new menu. This time I’ve focused on the classics that built the brand, dishes like

Wu-Taco Clan: curried mutton, roast banana & rum ketchup, sweet corn salsa.

O’l Dirty Pasta: Mac & cheese, Topped with chicken strips or vegetarian nuggets.

N.W.A (Nuggets With Attitude)
Togarashi spiced chicken strips, tossed in Korean style hot sauce, ponzu mayo & kimchi slaw

MF SHROOM (vegan)
Crispy mushrooms risotto balls, truffle vegan mayo, mustard dressed tossed salad

Hope you guys enjoy the classic as much as I enjoyed creating them

Peace✌🏾👐🏾
