I’m ready to just give up … (A phrase I hear too often!)

This is why I have built a 12 week program aimed specifically for people that have or are struggling to get in a better shape, health and fitness.

This program encompasses Christmas and any social occasion and will still have you in the shape of your life.

My main aim is for this is to be totally realistic and sustainable for you,

Therefore guaranteeing results all year round.

You want to stop being β€˜that person’ that is always on a diet or some kind of fitness kick.

You want to be the person that β€˜is’ in shape,

The person that doesn’t have to diet and can eat what they want.

You want to be that person that has got their s**t together and people ultimately aspire to be like you.

If you continue to be on and off a diet,

In and out of an exercise regime,

You are doomed to a life of unhappiness.

You’ll always be chasing some kind of ideal body, health and fitness.

Or,

You can work with someone that has worked successfully with thousands of people in a career that spans over almost 3 decades.

Don’t β€˜HOPE’ for a life changing moment and a dream body.

Take this seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously

What do you think brings fast results, but also results that last forever? (Not put the weight back on again)

Question β€”

>Would you say a diet that is super strict or completely different from your previous food intake is going to give you long lasting results?

Answer - 100% NO

>Would you say a diet that is relaxed, allows you to continue eating nice normal food, dip into takeaways and packets of crisps etc whilst ’still’ getting results is going to give you lasting results?

Answer - 100% yes

I meet people every day that are serious about wanting results.

They are so serious and megga focussed on what they want to achieve they forget to think about what happens AFTER the Serious diet and exercise plan.

Pretty much all diets do exactly what they say they will do.

But I have yet to find a diet that talks about the REALITY of coming off the diet and venturing back to the life you had before - away from calorie counting, shakes and pills etc

My post today is to advise you to YES, take your diet and exercise plan seriously,

but

to enjoy the process, find a way to get the results of your dreams without cutting away so much from your life.

Realise that you will at some point return to normal life… what then?

Think about the long game

Don’t think NEXT WEEK

Think NEXT YEAR

THINK 5 YEARS

Step away from your desperate self for a moment and think sensibly.

Fat loss should life changing - not just a change for the holiday or another quick fix.

Stop letting yourself fall back down.

Get up and stay up.

People make mistakes and that’s fine - just don’t keep making the same mistakes over and over again.
