We are back open in just over an hour in the farm shop but that doesn’t mean we have been sitting around for two days since we closed on Saturday night
Sunday we had a special birthday to cater for just over the Tees with around 70 people and Monday there was another buffet delivery for a family funeral near Scotch Corner
In the meanwhile the counters have been deep cleaned displays altered and we are ready for your visit again for this week
It’s a 7 day job even though we only technically open 5 of those

First of all I’m roasting a joint of topside from Marwood area so about 8 miles away we’ll slice that for people in the shop to take home and use it for open roast beef sandwiches
Then I’m slow cooking some local Angus Short ribs with rosemary and red wine for a tasty meal and Beef Madras Curry perfect tea before the big game
Lastly our 2 for £16 deal on Rib Eye Steaks is back 200/250 grams of prime locally grown Beef
