This weekend I was inspired to adapt some traditional Swedish sweet treats into some Jamie’s Bakery style signature baked and these were the results… I give you the Vacuum Cleaner Brownie and the Princess Cake Blondie… inspired by Punschrulle and Princesstårta. I have to say, these are epic.

I’ve been working something for two years… a project that I have started, parked, come back to, parked and now, finally have completed. It’s very nearly ready to fully share, but here’s a teaser. It’s a passion project… fully self funded and created (with the help of my very close friend .digirolamo who has taken the most amazing photos!) and I can’t wait to share it with you! 📖
