Meet Vaughn • Our top dog in Trearddur Bay • He’s been working for Scarlett’s since 2023 and his favourite thing is being part of a friendly team and getting to know the regular customers of whom there are many • Best thing on the menu “has to be the classic fish and chips, you can’t beat freshly cooked crispy fish and golden chips, it’s a proper comfort food favourite” • His hopes for the future (since being one of the top 3 employees of the year and the only Welshman, at the awards last year) include wanting to keep learning and developing his skills to maximise the opportunities available through his work at Scarlett’s and make some great memories along the way and a future he can be proud of • (Yeah we’re proud… and we didn’t ask him to say this. We’re not crying, you’re crying.)
