A fair amount of no shows on the bookings. The people that didn't show or very late cancelled have pooped it up for everyone now and a flat reservation fee will be chargeable to everyone, we trusted reservations to turn up so now everyone has to pay a fee, sorry. 🐄🐄🐄

Thank you to everyone who came yesterday to dine with us! We have a portion of tables reserved for walk ins this evening and tomorrow evening so you’re welcome to come in if you haven’t got a booking. Serving food from midday, last orders at 8.30pm ☺️

A few of you have been in touch about booking Cowgirls for large groups for staff Christmas dinner parties. We’re currently working on a Christmas burger menu with our chefs, and some very fun festive cocktails too 🥳 We’re holding four possible dates in the run up to Christmas for you to book your table for more than 20 guests. These tables will be booked on a first come first served basis with a deposit to reserve your area. Once the Christmas menus are set, we will email you ask you for pre-orders for your group too.

Possible dates to book staff dinners are:

- Wednesday 18th November
- Wednesday 25th November
- Wednesday 2nd December
- Wednesday 9th December

To book your staff dinner, please send us an email with *Function Booking as the subject* to [email protected] and we will get back to you in due course.

*Please kindly note this only applies to function bookings - no regular table reservations can be arranged via this email address, all usual table bookings must all be made via the link on our website only.*

We can’t wait to host your Christmas staff party, western style!
Love,
The Cowgirls

Saddle up, table bookings are live! Click on our website link in our bio now to book your table. We’re opening bookings for this weekend only (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), to road test the system before we open up online bookings for the coming months. Tables of over 8 guests will be asked to send us a request which we will check with the kitchen and approve.

Yeehaw! See you this weekend down at Cowgirls.

Peeps! We are heading for our bookings system to be open next week, stay tuned on here for the link to book your table. We are experiencing really high intake of guests between 6 & 6.30 and it is sinking with 100 orders into the kitchen so we have to close the doors. This is resulting in customers waiting a long time and disappointment as people cannot get in. Please can I ask a favour - that you come earlier at 5 if you want a quick and efficient dinner and if you like later come in at 7 so we can properly look after you. This is an honest and open message that would help us and you as we really don't want people to wait to long and we hate to close the doors. We are sure this will pan out with the bookings system in place! We really want to thank everyone who has visited and encouraged us and put up with some waiting for food. You have all been so kind and we know we can only get better. I thank people for the grace and kindness you have shown. This business has grown so fast it has been like one minute feeding a Christmas lunch to your family to suddenly feeding 140. It has been crazy but we are learning and adapting everyday. We thankyou all.
Debs and Nathan x

P.S. I bought this sign in February, and Nathan took it as a sign to go ahead resulting in the beautiful Drapery that you now enjoy 💛

*A note for this evening*

We were absolutely swamped from 6-7pm last night, resulting in kitchen closure early and turning away people at the door. If you fancy an early dinner, please come and eat from 4.40pm onwards, service is speedy then. We can take in more guests at 7pm. We don't like turning people away but had to last night. We are so sorry to disappoint anyone!

Booking system launches next week so you’ll be able to guarantee your table from then, many thanks for bearing with us 🙏🏼
