We had the pleasure of catering a beautiful 1st birthday celebration at The Arkley 9, bringing our live fire BBQ experience to family and friends for an afternoon of incredible food and great memories.

From the flames to the final plate, every dish was freshly prepared over the fire, creating the perfect centrepiece for a very special milestone. There’s nothing quite like the aroma and theatre of live fire cooking to bring people together.

It’s been a little quiet on here lately… not because we’ve slowed down, quite the opposite! We’ve been so busy behind the scenes that posting has taken a back seat.

For one of our regular corporate clients, we reimagined the classic British roast as a cold-served feast while their facilities undergo renovation. All the familiar flavours of quintessential British classics, adapted for the occasion without compromising on taste.
