Well what can we say!
Absolutely overwhelmed by the support we have been getting but yesterday was amazing. Thank you to everyone who came to see us we had a sell out day. Our chickens with our homemade Hawaiian mayo were a hit! Our ribs were complimented with our smoked Pitt beans and what a combination they were.
We are open today from 3pm.
The garden is looking great for you to eat in The Rose Inn will be providing the refreshments so if you’re not a roast lover then come and see us.

It’s all about the prep!
We’re getting ready for the weekend. We’re firing up our open pit rotisserie along with our spud wagon.
Our first lot of ribs are in our smoker which are sides of pork belly ribs.
We make our own rubs and our own secret recipe marinade. These will be transferred to our charcoal pit and given another layer of flavour.
We are proud to be collaborating with one of the best in the business, a competition winner from the USA to bring you all the great flavours.
This really is a wow factor when you come to see us.

For all of you looking at the page wondering what is going on with this page we just wanted to let you know what we’re doing now!
Our wedding business still runs from The Flying Dutchman and The Rose Inn in Queenborough. All your party and celebrations can be hosted at either venue.
If you haven’t been to see us for our next level jacket potatoes and tasty tagliatelle then you need to pay us a visit.
Our open rotisserie charcoal pit is open this weekend with our own pork belly ribs and succulent spatchcock chickens will be on offer too. We look forward to seeing you all

We are now closed permanently.
Thank you for your custom. Unfortunately the ever increasing utilities have made things impossible to continue.
We’ve had some great times at The Aviator but all good things come to an end. The next best thing is The Flying Dutchman Queenborough who will look after all your events and occasions
