Although the shed is closed i’m still taking on repairs and servicing via my mobile service so can collect and return your bike at your convenience. Thanks to those who have kept me ticking over this last year and wish you all a healthy 2026 🙏🥂🚴🚴‍♀️

Hi All. Just wanted to spread the word that the cycle mechanic side of things has now gone mobile. I haven't been able to find an alternative accessible workshop but I am now operating as a mobile repair service from the van. I can pick up, collect your machine and return it after completing agreed repairs and servicing. If it's a simple check over then could arrange for that to work at your location, weather permitting. Payment made by cash or card machine and carry a basic stock of pads, tubes, chains etc so if you're stuck out on the road I also may be able to offer a recovery, emergency service!

Hi just thought to update you all on a few things as it's been a while since posting anything.
Due to some hospital treatment and then falling ill with Covid, the PedalBikeShed has been inactive for some months now. In addition to this, the recent buy out of the Hermitage site has meant that I have been given notice to move from the site due to the development proposals around the workshop area.
Over the next few months I will be returning to open up on occasions and begin the decant and closure. I will be selling off the current stock of second hand bikes, wheels etc over the coming weeks and will keep you informed of any open days planned.

Thanks for the oportunity to be of service to the community of bike lovers over the years, it's been a beatiful ride.......

Just blowing away the cobwebs and dusting off the workshop which will be open this weekend for the summer. Lots of bike bargains, coffee and an open diary to book a spring refresh for your bike😎
