Afternoon all, it is with a heavy heart we announce Sax on the beach bar & bistro is no longer, at least not this year and not at 2-3 The Promenade. We had hoped to return once the building owner had dealt with the conmen being the Symphony hotel leaseholder and his side kick however being the lowest form of human bottom feeders that they are! sadly the place is now derelict and condemned. It will not reopen this year however I believe the owners of the Hight Street Indian restaurant will be taking on the challenge and cost to develop the premises ready for next year.
We would like to thank everyone who made Sax a success, our regulars, musicians, staff, and occasional party goers 😅 you know who you are!! We had hoped to take on the entire place and had agreed this with the building owner however derelict and condemned is sadly beyond our means. We will be on the look out for another premises next year. I personally need to take some time to recover and focus on other things going on. This is not the end! We look forward to seeing you in the future ❤️
