Yay! I’m finally excited to share that Bonti Bakes will be reopening this coming Saturday, 20th June 🥳

Thank you so much for all your patience and support over the past few weeks while I’ve been away from the shop. Pausing has given me the time to rethink things, and I’m hopeful that this new chapter will be the start of a more sustainable season for Bonti Bakes.

✨ The shop will be open on Saturdays only, from 9am-1pm.

✨ Coming soon: Friday deliveries, including simple celebration cakes and bakes, plus Bonti Boxes for office treats, meetings and Friday pick-me-ups.

And as an extra little celebration, Saturday also marks 9 months since I first opened the doors to Bonti Bakes 🤩

To celebrate both the reopening and 9 months of the shop, there’ll be free cookie bites available in the shop on Saturday while they last.

I can’t wait to welcome you back and fill the counter with cake again - hope to see you on Saturday👩🏻‍🍳🤎

It feels quite fitting to share this update today, on Mini Bonti’s 5th birthday 💖 (throwback to her cake from 2 years ago… 💙🐾)

A little update ✨

I’ll be taking a short break from the shop for a little while.

The past few months have been quite full-on, and it’s become clear I need some time to rest. I’m taking a pause to reset and reshape things so Bonti Bakes can work in a way that’s more sustainable for me and my family.

So while the shop is temporarily closed, I’ll be focusing on getting myself better and ready for what’s to come.

Bonti’s back ✨

The Bonti family had the loveliest week away in London visiting friends - but it’s good to be home! And ready for a little break from chocolate…brownies definitely don’t count though, right? 😜

This week’s treat selection includes these beaut pistachio & rose cakes 😍 floral, nutty, and too pretty to eat (almost…) 😋

Back to our usual hours:
Today: 8:30–1
Tomorrow: 8:30–4
Saturday: 8:30–1

Happy Easter from Bonti Bakes!

I hope you all have a lovely Easter weekend with plenty of chocolate & cake! We’re open until 1pm today to help with that 😋

We will be closed next week as we are making the most of the school holidays and having a week away - we will be looking after a kitten so probably not the restful break we need 😅

We will be back open on Thursday 16th April and look forward to seeing you for the end of the school holiday pick me up treats, and caffeine to help the grown ups through the last few days of said school holidays 😜

❌ CLOSED this week ❌

Mini Bonti picked up the dreaded sickness bug from school…and it’s now made its way through the Bonti household.

So we’ll be closed this week while we recover and get everything properly reset.

With everything baked in my registered home kitchen, it just wouldn’t be safe to prepare food at the moment.

We’ll be back next week with a special Easter menu 🐣

Today marks 6 whole months of Bonti Bakes 🎉

To celebrate, I’ve made some mini choc chip cookie bites for you…FREE for every customer today! 🍪

And just a little reminder that we’re closing early at 2:30pm today and 10:00am tomorrow, so pop in early if you can!
