Our lovely friend Tasha from T-Cakes has very kindly bought all of these egg boxes for Paulsgrove Food Pantry and brought them in for us today.

It was such a thoughtful thing to do and will be a massive help to us. 🥰

Our lovely friend Vicky is an absolute hero! 💗

On Saturday, she abseiled down the Spinnaker Tower to raise money for St Michael & All Angels, helping to support their Bathroom Bank and make Christmas a little brighter for local children. 🎄❤️

What an incredible thing to do, and all for such a lovely cause.

A huge well done to Vicky for braving that height and raising much-needed funds for our community.

We think you're amazing! 👏💗

🎟️ PANTRY TICKETS 🎟️

Just a little update for our customers 🥰

The lovely Terri will now be handing out the numbered tickets for the pantry before we open.

So please see Terri when you arrive at the Community centre to collect your ticket, then we’ll call the numbers through as usual once the pantry opens. 💚

💚 A LITTLE HEADS UP FOR WEDNESDAYS! 💚

From next Wednesday, 23rd September, Paulsgrove Food Pantry will be opening an hour earlier on Wednesdays.

🕒 NEW WEDNESDAY HOURS: 3pm–6pm

Our Monday session stays exactly the same at 1pm–3pm 🥰

💚 WELLBEING SERVICE AT PAULSGROVE FOOD PANTRY 💚

Our lovely Rosie and the Wellbeing team will be at the Community Centre during Monday’s pantry session, offering free health checks, advice and support.

They can help with things including blood pressure checks, healthy lifestyle advice, stop smoking support, weight management and general health & wellbeing advice.

No fuss, no judgement, just friendly support if there’s anything you’d like to have checked or chat about. 💚

You don’t have to be using the pantry to pop over and speak to the Wellbeing team. 🥰
